A Note From Mr. Witherspoon:
We are well on our way and our community is doing an outstanding job working together to keep everyone safe and learning! Thank you for all your hard work, Face-2-Face and Livonia Virtual, in keeping our students focused on what their learning and allowing them to be kids. I have had the pleasure of visiting many classrooms, both virtually and F-2F, and I can tell you that our students are definitely happily SOARing!
This is Halloween week and we are welcoming costumes into the building and virtually on Friday! Please no weapons and only protective masks may be worn on this day. Teachers will communicate the plans the classroom that day.
Thank you again for all of your support and partnership...we couldn't do it without you!
- Picture Day is scheduled for October 26, 2020
- Livonia Virtual Students can come up for their pictures between the times of 8 am and 4 pm
- Note: Please enter the main entrance and your student will be escorted to the gym for their picture. Please maintain physical distancing rules and always wear a mask while at Cleveland. Adults will not be able to come past the secure vestibule due to the safety measures in place for COVID-19.
- F-2-F students will be scheduled with their classes during the day

Parent-Teacher Conferences are now set to be on December 9 and 10. Your teacher will be sending out sign up information soon. Parent Teacher Conferences will be virtual this year and they are not optional. We need 100% attendance from Cleveland parents. Please commit to a time and join your meeting on time.
Report cards will be available in Parent Connect the morning of Wednesday, December 9.
- Blessings in a Backpack is a non-profit organization that feeds school children in the United States who currently are fed during the week on the federally funded Free and Reduced Meal Program and are at risk of going hungry on the weekends. GOODFELLOW'S FOOD DRIVE - Families can donate nonperishable foods by dropping off at Dickinson Center on the weekends now until Sunday December 6th. The hours are Saturdays 9-12 and Sundays 12-3. ![]() The Livonia Police Department is looking for people that would like to take advantage of the opportunity to have a positive impact on children and their families! Crossing guards are often the first people that children see (outside of their family members) and, more often, the person that puts a smile on their face that lasts throughout the day! Please give Officer Rebant, Livonia Police Traffic Bureau, a call at 734-466-2683, if you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity or recommend to someone that would be. |
